It is widely accepted that one in six workers in the UK is estimated to be experiencing depression, anxiety or stress.
Positive mental health allows people to realise their full potential and to work more productively and effectively, as well as to cope with the stresses and strains of everyday life. Mental wellbeing is all too often a taboo subject in the workplace, but research has shown that companies that prioritise employee engagement and wellbeing outperform the rest. We are looking for companies and organisations working within the construction, engineering & housing sectors who support and protect employee wellbeing and create an open and inclusive culture in which employees can discuss their mental health.
