AWARD ENTRY: Most Inspiring Mental Wellbeing Initiative

This category is open to companies and organisations within the construction, engineering & housing sectors.

It is widely accepted that one in six workers in the UK is estimated to be experiencing depression, anxiety or stress – a statistic that has no doubt been significantly impacted by the mental strains of lockdown, loss of income and the loss of the loved ones due to the global pandemic.

Positive mental health allows people to realise their full potential and to work more productively and effectively, as well as to cope with the stresses and strains of everyday life. Mental wellbeing is all too often a taboo subject in the workplace, but research has shown that companies that prioritise employee engagement and wellbeing outperform the rest. We are looking for companies and organisations working within the construction, engineering & housing sectors who support and protect employee wellbeing and create an open and inclusive culture in which employees can discuss their mental health. If you are a company with a focus on developing a mentally healthy workplace and mental health and wellbeing is part of your organisational DNA, then we want to hear from you.

You may nominate the same company under multiple categories, but a separate nomination form must be completed for each category
